Open Comment on #OpenAccess

May 14-16 and 16-17, 2013, National Academy of Sciences hosted an open comment meeting on Open Access to federally funded research and publication and big data. I delivered a comment for the record on May 14, 2013 in which I made a statement about real differences in access between academic library users and public library users.
